Hi. I am Ronnie from the journalism & media studies centre, the University of Hong Kong. We are currently adding stories with Hong Kong themes onto an online news portal called Vox-asia.com. We started venturing out into interactive elements and multimedia in our news packages and vox-asia is our collection of multimedia news stories. Our site’s stories include an exclusive coverage of famed international investor George Soros in HKU. Please see http://www.vox-asia.com/news/tag/soros/ for an overview.
Currently, we are expanding our coverage to include lighter topics, and one in mind is that of political/satirical comic writers/ artists /cartoonists in Hong Kong. I wish to interview 2-3 such cartoonists for this project. The medium used is mainly video, and we will video edit the clips to form a video package to be uploaded to vox-asia.com.
Would you mind being a subject of interview? Hopefully we can promote some of your ideals for becoming a comic writer in Hong Kong too. We can reach a consensus as to the topic for this issue.
Can I arrange an interview session with you for this project as soon as this or next week?
